Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING + PAYMENT

Please note that all orders ship within 48 hours if received by 12:00 noon CST. Orders received on weekends or holidays begin shipping out on the next business day. All frame orders over $100 offer free domestic 2-day shipping and free returns. Orders under $100 can be upgraded to 2-day domestic shipping for $15.

If you are looking to expedite your shipment, overnight shipping is available at checkout. For a single frame with domestic shipping, we offer overnight shipping for $30. We also offer Overnight Saturday Delivery on all orders placed by Friday before 12:00 noon CST. If this shipping method is selected after this time you will automatically be shipped Priority Overnight via FedEx on the following business day.

International shipping is offered and will be calculated at the time of checkout. Please select FedEx shipping option at checkout. In all cases, you are responsible for duties, taxes, and return expenses.

RETURNS + EXCHANGES

In the event that you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact retail@gmmfus.com within ten days of receiving your order and hold on to the original packaging because we’ll ask for that too. Returns are only accepted for store credit and only if the product remains intact as shipped. Exchanges are based on product availability, and may incur additional charges based on price. Note that GMMF does not provide free returns on international orders - we are unable to provide labels for international exchanges.

TO REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGE:

1. Email retail@gmmfus.com with your name and order number.
2. A domestic prepaid return label will then be sent to you via email.
3. Print the label, adhere it to the box, and drop at the nearest USPS facility within 48 hours of receiving the label.
4. We’ll be in touch from there!

All returns take 5-10 business days to process once they arrive at GMMF HQ. All refunds are issued to the original form of payment and may take up to 10 business days for your financial institution to process. Returns of more than two items will have their shipping costs deducted from the refund amount. Failure to include all original packaging will result in a nominal fee deducted from the refund amount. Frames that have been worn, customized for prescription, customized for non-prescription lenses, or adjusted in any way are not eligible for a refund and will be returned to the customer at the next available shipping opportunity.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. Any shipping charges will not be refunded unless you were shipped faulty items. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.

Customers wishing to return more than two items will have their shipping costs deducted from the total refund amount. International return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
